Observe Children with Intent and Purpose

This workshop explains how observation can help you get to know each child well, track progress, and plan individualized curriculum. The training content will address ongoing observation of children to assess developmental stages and progress and then to use the observation findings to inform classroom instruction. Participants will learn how to grow as an observer through review and reflection activities and share their findings with families. They will leave with tools to document in time-efficient ways, create portfolios with rich documentation and support each child in their development.
