Taming the Turnover for Child Care Directors & Administrators

This course will look at ways childcare administrators can reduce turnover in early childhood to create and maintain a strong school culture. We will discuss strategies for hiring professional staff, onboarding techniques and ways to keep staff engaged in to our programs.
