| Using the book “5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace” participants will learn about: Words of affirmation, quality time, acts of service, tangible gifts and physical touch as ways to show co-workers we appreciate them. We will learn what appreciation looks like and how it is different for everyone. Participants will learn about peer-to-peer appreciation and how this can increase their own happiness/wellness in the early childhood classroom. Finally, we will discuss and learn how to communication with authenticity as a way of showing appreciation. |
