ITERS-3 Quality Concepts Training

Participants will understand how the ITERS-3 tool is used in Kentucky, obtain contact information and resources to support quality practices, and gain knowledge of how to utilize the scale to improve quality.

This workshop:

• introduces concepts of developmentally appropriate practices supported by the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale – 3rd edition (ITERS-3).
• is intended for early childhood administrators and infant/toddler teachers that are interested in learning more about utilizing developmentally appropriate practices in the classroom setting.
• will help participants understand the basics about how the ITERS-3 is used in Kentucky, obtain resources that support quality practices in the infant/toddler classroom, and gain knowledge of developmentally appropriate concepts that support a high-quality environment.
