In this session, participants will explore the importance of leading with purpose and learn strategies for being intentional while balancing the many responsibilities that come with leadership. Through reflection, discussion, and planning activities, participants will create a plan of action to address challenges with intention and purpose as they continue leading the future of early childhood professionals.
